How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders through our online exchange program or at a participating local retailer. When ordering online, we provide a prepaid shipping label to return your empties once your new ones arrive.
Are SodaStream bottles dishwasher safe?
It depends on the model. Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked carbonating bottles can be cleaned in the dishwasher, while our classic BPA-free plastic bottles should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and mild soap.
What is the standard shipping time for new machines?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that because CO2 cylinders contain compressed gas, they must ship via ground transportation and cannot be expedited via air.
Can I carbonate liquids other than water?
No, our sparkling water makers are designed to carbonate water only. Carbonating other liquids like juice or wine can damage the machine, create a mess, and will void your warranty.
What is your return policy for SodaStream kits?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided the machine is in its original packaging.
How long does a single CO2 cylinder last?
One standard 60L cylinder can carbonate up to 60 liters of water, depending on the level of carbonation you prefer and the type of sparkling water maker you use.
